PC Parts List
Interested in building your own computer but unsure of where to start? The PC Parts List service will provide you with everything you need to get started! This includes a customized shopping list of parts that will be compatible, along with sources for the best prices. I will compile this list with your budget and use case in mind.

Data Backup / Transfer
Sometimes our personal data needs to be moved to a new drive. Whether it's upgrading to a larger capacity, or preparing for a drive that is defective, I can help make that time consuming effort a little less of a headache. This service will move or back up your data to another drive.*

Tune Up
Computers are machines that get slow over time, they start to get a little hotter than normal, they hide in dark dusty corners and are forgotten about until they stop working. The PC Tune Up service is designed to perk your system up. This service includes a detailed cleaning, new thermal paste, cable management, replacing missing case and fan screws. This service will also include a system health report.

Bench Fee
This is simply an hourly fee for any job that does not have a preset price. This is most commonly applied to system repairs and upgrades. This charge will replace a diagnostic fee.

Diagnostic
While I do offer a free estimate for all jobs, sometimes there is a problem that needs time and tools to figure out and diagnose. This service is testing and identifying what's going on with your device. This charge is waived if you choose to have Fort O PC complete the repair.

Virus / Malware Removal
Are popups litering your computer's desktop? Did your personal information get stolen by a email link that was clicked on? Is your PC running a bunch of applications that you didn't install? Let me get your PC back up and running like it should be!

Deep Clean
Desktops, laptops, and game consoles are no strangers to dust and sticky substances. The Deep Clean service will take care of that. This service will not only include a complete tear down of the device for detailed cleaning, new thermal paste will be applied. There is no diagnostic service included with this

Online Services
Fort O PC provides several online services like setting up websites, e commerce stores, and personalized email services. We can also setup podcast distrobution to all services like YouTube, Apple Podcast, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
